SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days for United Kingdom or Australia customers.
Delays may occur due to customs, logistics partners, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.
3. Shipping Days
Deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding official public holidays.
4. Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email within 3–4 business days after shipment confirmation. Check your spam/junk folder if not received.
5. Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Payment upon delivery — exact amount required. Failure to pay correctly may result in return and added fees.
Prepaid Payments:
Order is shipped only after payment confirmation.
6. Missed Deliveries
If the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt another delivery or contact you.
7. Warranty & Issues
Products are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact us promptly if issues arise.
